Day 9 - Wednesday

Hey!
Yesterday I travelled back to Amsterdam. I woke up early, so I could say goodbye to my cousins who were going to school. I also said goodbye to my aunt who was leaving for work. When they had left, my uncle and I bought some groceries for the apartments he rents out, because he always gets a little welcome package with basic ingredients when new customers move in.
After that, I packed the last things and we left for the airport. There, we checked in my suitcase and walked to the customs. When we got there, I said goodbye to my uncle. I got through the customs and checked at which gate I had to be. I bought a delicious muffin and enjoyed my last moments in Spain. It was time to go to the gate and get in my plane. Not that many interesting things happened there, I only listened to music and slept as much as I could.
2 and a half hours later, I landed in Amsterdam at around half past 4. My parents waited for me and we walked to our car to go back home. It was very cloudy and raining, so it was quite different than what I got used to this week.
This was an amazing week, and I want to thank my school for this great opportunity to do this by myself, and my parents who helped me with everything I didn't know yet. Most of all I want to thank my uncle, aunt and cousins for their hospitality towards me and letting me do my internship at their place. I have learned a lot from my Wiswex and I will never forget this experience.
